Babar Azam, the former Pakistani skipper, resigned from the captaincy of white-ball cricket. The 29-year-old batsman announced his decision in an Instagram post, further explaining that he wants to focus on his batting performance and that it was a pleasure for him to lead the Pakistani team for the last five years. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) accepted and confirmed Babar’s decision on Tuesday.
