Fakhar Zaman Not Included in the Pakistani Contract?
PCB announced their contract with players and fans were astonished to see that Fakhar Zaman was not included in any of the levels. In the press conference, Mohsin Naqvi, PCB chairman claimed that Zaman was unable to pass his fitness rest and the board is also not happy about his recent tweet in support of Babar Azam.
Fakhar criticized PCB’s decision and expressed it in a lengthy tweet on X, saying that India did not bench Virat Kohli during his hard times, so why was the Pakistani board benching Babar? Zaman was neither announced in the Australia series nor in the Zimbabwe series and news is that he might be considering an early retirement from International cricket.
Gary Kisrten Resigns as the Pakistani Coach
Kisten resigned as the Men’s national team’s white-ball head coach on Monday, 28th October 2024, just a week prior to Pak vs Aus ODI series.
