Pakistan Announces 15-Member Squad For the Upcoming Test Series Against England
PCB announced their squad for the England series on 24 September. Shan Masood will captain the men in green. Squad includes the following players:
Shan Masood (captain), Saud Shakeel (vice-captain), Aamir Jamal, Abdullah Shafique, Abrar Ahmed, Babar Azam, Mir Hamza, Mohammad Huraira, Mohammad Rizwan (wicket-keeper), Naseem Shah, Noman Ali, Saim Ayub, Salman Ali Agha, Sarfaraz Ahmed (wicket-keeper), and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
The first test is scheduled to be held at Multan Cricket Stadium, Pakistan.

This feat led him to becoming the 1st ever batsman in cricket history to score 50 runs or more in 8 consecutive matches since his debut. Mendis’ innings in this second test has solidified Sri Lankan position and edged them closer to a series win.

Nicolas Pooran Breaks Muhammad Rizwan Record
Pooran smashed Rizwan’s record of scoring the most runs in T2OI in a year. Pooran has smashed 2059 runs so far in this year, a feat he achieved in the ongoing Caribbean Premier League. Previously, the record was held by Pakistan’;s Muhammad Rizwan with2036 runs in 2021.
