The first test between Sri Lanka and New Zealand was won by the Sri Lankan team by 63 runs. This feat edged the Asian team to 3rd position in the World Test Championship points table. The Sri Lanka team was not done outshining their talents and demolished the Kiwi bowling line-up in the ongoing second test encounter.
The Sri Lankan team made a whopping 602 runs, with 5 wickets remaining in their first batting innings. Dinesh Chandimal, Kusal Mendis, and Kamindu Mendis scored centuries in the first innings and Sri Lanka declared their innings. In response, the Kiwis were only able to score 88 runs as their entire team was bowled out, with only 3 players managing to score in double figures. Sri Lanka has declared once again and the Kiwis are seen to be struggling in their second batting innings as well. Only a miracle can save New Zealand now.

This ODI series is proving to be a real treat for the cricket fans as the series is now tied between the two arch-rivals by 2-2. Rain has spoiled the second test between the two Asian nations. India won the toss and decided to bowl first. The Bangladeshi batsman has scored 108 runs off 3 wickets so far. India won the 1st test and leads the series by 1-0. There is a big chance that this last test match will be drawn between the two opposing teams.
