BCCI Refuses to Print Pakistan Name on CT Jerseys
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided not to include ‘Pakistan’, the host nation’s name on Team India’s jerseys for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. This decision has prompted the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to seek intervention from the International Cricket Council (ICC), accusing the BCCI of politicizing cricket. The ICC has acknowledged the situation and is currently addressing the concerns raised. International Cricket Council has announced hefty fine for any team that refuses to follow standard guidelines of any International Tournament.
